Shipping policy
We ship across Ukraine with Nova Poshta. International shipping is available too; we’ll calculate it separately.
How it works
- Place your order on the website.
- We prepare it within three business days.
- We send you the tracking number so you can follow the parcel.
Delivery options
Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker.
Cost
Shipping is paid by the customer at the carrier’s current rates. The final cost depends on the delivery method, destination, weight and parcel size.
International shipping
We ship internationally with Ukrposhta. Cost and delivery time depend on the country and parcel weight. Email info@kyii.com.ua and we’ll calculate the price before payment. Any customs duties or local taxes are paid by the recipient.
Payment
Full payment in advance through the website or by bank transfer to our IBAN.
Delivery time
Delivery within Ukraine usually takes one to three days after dispatch. Once the parcel is with Nova Poshta, timing is outside our control.
Uncollected parcels
Nova Poshta stores parcels free of charge for seven days. Storage fees apply from day eight and depend on the parcel’s size and weight. If the parcel is returned to us, we refund the cost of the items minus the shipping costs.
