Wrong size, or simply changed your mind? That’s okay. Here is everything you need to know.
14 days
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The conditions are simple: the item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
How it works
- Email us at info@kyii.com.ua or message us on Instagram. Include your order number and tell us which item you are returning.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back with Nova Poshta.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue the refund within five days using your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We cover shipping for exchanges to another size.
If something is wrong with the item
A printing, stitching or fabric defect is our responsibility, not your problem. Write to us and include a photo. We’ll replace the item or refund you, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
