What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so we can prepare and ship your order.
- Your order details, including the items, total amount, payment method and delivery status.
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. The platform collects this automatically.
- Your email address if you subscribe to our mailing list.
Why we use it
- To process, prepare and ship your order.
- To contact you about an order, return or claim.
- To keep the records required by law.
- To email you about new products, but only if you subscribed.
We do not sell your data or share it for someone else’s advertising.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, the platform that runs our store and stores order information.
- Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, who receive the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your parcel.
- Our payment provider, which receives the information needed to process payment. We cannot see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as accounting laws require. If you subscribe, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to its processing. Email info@kyii.com.ua and we’ll reply within 14 days.
Cookies
The website uses cookies so the cart works and your settings are remembered. You can disable them in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work as well.
